Information collected

When you register, this site stores your email address, an optional display name, a salted password hash (not your password), account creation time, login times, and saved parcel references. Security logging records the attempted account identifier, event outcome, source IP and time to detect misuse and brute-force attempts.

Verification & data security

Email verification codes are sent through the site's configured email provider. Your password and verification codes are not written into administrator activity logs. Sessions use Secure HttpOnly cookies and can be revoked by the administrator.

Retention and access

Security activity records are retained for up to 90 days and older records are pruned by the application. Client account data remains until separately deleted in accordance with the site's data-handling process. Only authenticated administrators can inspect customer account and security activity information.

Simulated delivery data

Demonstration tracking events and generated delivery illustrations are labelled as simulations and do not constitute courier scans or actual proof of delivery.
